Hi, Iām Ves! My pronouns are he/him/his. Pronounce my name like āvestā without the T. Much like a vest, I am on top of things! I am highly motivated, and perseverance is basically my middle name. I pride myself on being able to learn anything I set my mind to. For instance, I recently used YouTube and various online articles to learn how to be an amateur car mechanic! Iāve also spent the last fifteen years teaching myself to play guitar.

Throughout high school and college, I volunteered for clubs and honor societies to plan school events. These were everything from campus events for student involvement, to ceremonies, fundraisers, and law enforcement training exercises. I love event planning because itās all about building something for the enjoyment of others.
One of my favorite aspects of event planning is advertising. I love designing advertisements and social media posts. I have even been part of a team to run an Instagram account that grew to have 40k followers! Iām passionate about using creativity in a professional setting and intend to leverage and further improve these skills for future endeavors.
I took the website of a Startup and gave it a makeover; I improved its copy and formatted it for Search Engine Optimization.

Thereās this music festival I want to go to, but their current landing page is difficult to navigate. I made a new and improved version.
I found an up-and-coming Startup needing marketing content. I created a brand mascot story, Instagram ads, and a behind-the-scenes section for their website.
